摘 要:交流电场下超疏水涂层表面液滴的滑动和凝并特性对其污闪特性具有重要影响,为了表征超疏水涂层表面液滴的运动特性,以环氧树脂板为基底利用喷涂法制备了超疏水涂层,测量了均匀电场下超疏水涂层表面不同体积液滴的临界运动场强,并利用基于图像的目标跟踪方法绘制了不同体积液滴的运动轨迹;最后通过仿真计算和理论推导,分析了交流电场下液滴运动机理以及体积对液滴临界运动场强和运动速度的影响。结果表明:液滴体积对其临界运动场强的表现出明显的“体积效应”,0~100μL液滴的临界运动场强在体积为40μL出现一极小值;液滴体积对其临界运动场强影响主要与电晕起始场强和电荷积累量有关;而液滴平均运动速度与体积呈负相关,100μL液滴的平均运动速度较10μL减小了66.7%。The sliding and coagulation characteristics of droplets on the superhydrophobic coating surface under AC electric field have an important influence on its contamination flash-over characteristics.In order to characterize the motion characteristics of droplets on the surface of superhydrophobic coating,the superhydrophobic coating was prepared with the epoxy resin plate as the base and by the use of spraying method.The critical motion field strength of droplets with different volumes on the surface of superhydrophobic coating was measured under uniform electric field.The motion trajectories of droplets with different volume of droplets were drawn by image-based target tracking algorithm.Finally,the mechanism of droplet motion under AC electric field and the influence of volume on the critical motion field strength and velocity of droplet were analyzed through simulation calculation and theoretical derivation.The results show that the droplet volume has a significant’volume effect’on its critical motion field strength,and the critical motion field strength of 0~100μL droplets has a minimum value at a volume of 40μL.The influence of droplet volume on its critical motion field strength is mainly related to the initial corona field strength and charge accumulation.The average velocity of droplets is negatively correlated with the volume,and the average velocity of 100μL droplets is 66.7%lower than that of 10μL droplets.
