摘  要:刚合点是真空断路器机械特性中一个十分重要的特征,对真空断路器刚合点进行在线监测一直是开关设备智能化技术的重点和难点。文中提出了一种基于真空断路器行程曲线的刚合点在线监测方法:首先分析了刚合点前后动触头受力情况,并在分析结果的基础上提出了采用合闸速度曲线作为关键信息,然后采用小波分解重构法从合闸速度曲线中提取了特征量用于计算刚合点,最后进行了100组空载合闸试验测量了某真空断路器的刚合点样本,并与该方法的计算结果进行对比。对比结果表明:该方法具有较好的稳定性,且计算误差基本在8%以内,可以为真空断路器机械特性的在线监测研究提供理论基础。The instant closing point is a very important feature in the mechanical characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker.Online monitoring of the instant closing point of the vacuum circuit breaker has always been the focus and difficulty of the switchgear intelligent technology.In this paper,a kind of online monitoring method of the instant closing point based on the travel curve of the vacuum circuit breaker was proposed.Firstly,the stress of the moving contact before and after the instant closing point was analyzed.The closing speed curve was proposed as the key information on the basis of the result analysis.And then,the wavelet decomposition-reconstruction method was applied to extract the feature from the closing speed curve to calculate the instant closing point.Finally,100 sets of non-load closing tests were carried out to measure the instant closing point sample of a vacuum circuit breaker,and the results are compared with that of this method.The comparison result shows that the method has good stability and the calculation error is basically within±8%,which can provide a basis for the online monitoring research of vacuum circuit breaker.
