摘 要:中间接头是电缆温升严重的环节之一。为了研究防爆盒的使用是否会进一步加剧中间接头的温升,针对城市供配电系统中广泛应用的10 kV三芯电缆中间接头,采用有限元方法建立了三维多物理场仿真模型。分析了防爆盒对接头温升的影响过程、不同防爆盒体积下接头的温升规律、填充石英砂颗粒对接头的降温效果。研究表明:防爆盒内空气受热上浮造成电缆接头局部集中加热,会进一步加剧接头温升;防爆盒体积足够大时,内部形成空气流动通道有利于降低接头温度;防爆盒内填充石英砂颗粒时接头最高温度仅为55℃,比无防爆盒时下降9.5℃。将仿真结果和试验结果进行对比,相对误差在±10%以内,满足工程误差要求。研究结果可为防爆盒在10 kV三芯电缆中间接头的应用和选型提供参考。The middle joint is one of the serious links of temperature rise of cable.For studying whether the use of explosion-proof box will further aggravate the temperature rise of the middle joint and in view of the 10 kV three-core cable middle joint which is widely used in urban power supply and distribution system,a three-dimensional multi-physical field simulation model is set up by using finite element method.The influence process of the explosion-proof box on temperature rise of the joint,the law of temperature rise of joint under different volume of explosion-proof box and the cooling effect of filling quartz sand particles on the joint are analyzed.The study results show that the floating of the air due to heat in the explosion-proof box causes local centralized heating of the cable joint,which will further aggravate the temperature rise of the joint.In case of sufficient large volume of the explosion-proof box,the air flow channel which is formed inside is helpful in reducing temperature of the joint;When quartz sand particles are filled in the explosion-proof box,the highest temperature of the joint is only 55℃,which is 9.5℃lower than that without the explosion-proof box.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results and the relative error is within±10%,which meets the engineering error requirements.The study results can provide reference for the application and selection of explosion-proof box in the middle joint of 10 kV three-core cable.
