摘 要:涤/棉混纺织物染色时工艺繁琐、耗能高、效率低,不利于实现“双碳”目标。为实现涤/棉混纺织物低碳生产,选用分散黑LET、活性藏青LCB进行一浴一步法轧染,以染色织物表观色深K/S值为评价指标,确定了适宜的汽蒸时间、碱剂用量。揭示了NaCl、NaOH、尿素和分散/活性染料比值对染色织物表观色深的影响规律。试验结果表明,在分散染料和活性染料质量比1∶1,染料浓度20g/L的情况下,适宜的汽蒸时间、碱剂用量分别为1min和10g/L。染色时,加入NaCl会使染色织物表观颜色深度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,但加入NaOH和尿素均不利提高染色织物表观颜色深度。分散/活性染料质量比接近涤/棉混纺比时,染色织物表观颜色最深。涤/棉混纺织物采用一浴法轧染具有工艺流程短、能耗低的优势。The dyeing process of polyester/cotton blended fabric is complicated, high energy consumption and low efficiency, which is not conducive to achieve the goal of “double carbon”. In order to realize the low-carbon production of polyester/cotton blended fabric, disperse black LET and reactive navy blue LCB were selected for one-bath pad dyeing. The color depth K/S value of dyed fabric was used as the evaluation index to determine the appropriate steaming time and alkali concentration. The effects of NaCl, NaOH, urea and the ratio of disperse/reactive dyes on the apparent color depth of dyed fabrics were revealed. The experimental results showed that when the ratio of disperse dye and reactive dye was 1∶1 and the total dye concentration was 20 g/L, the optimal alkali evaporation time was 1 min and the alkali dosage was 10 g/L. During dyeing, NaCl will increase the apparent color of the dyed fabric first and then decrease, while NaOH and urea will not improve the apparent color of the dyed fabric. When the dispersion/activity ratio is close to the polyester/cotton blend ratio, the apparent color of the dyed fabric is the deepest. The one-bath pad dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabric has the advantages of short process and low energy consumption.
