红外分光光度法测定处理后油气田含油污泥中石油类方法适用性研究

摘  要:为研究红外分光光度法测定处理后油气田含油污泥中石油类的适用性,选取6家实验室分别对空白模拟样品和4个浓度的实际样品进行测定。结果表明,该方法的检出限为0.02 mg/g;实验室内及实验室间的相对标准偏差分别为0.9%~9.4%、2.5%~8.3%;加标回收率83.0%~110%。该方法具有检出限低、精密度和准确度较高的特点,为处理后油气田含油污泥中石油类的检测提供参考方法。In order to study the applicability of Infrared spectrometry method for the determination of petroleum oil in oily sludge treatment of oil and gas fields,we tested the blank analog sample and actual sample using the Method.The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 0.02 mg/g,the RSD in the laboratories is 0.9%~9.4%,and 2.5%~8.3% among the laboratories;the standard-added samples with 4 blank concentration level samples and 4 real concentration level samples were determined in six laboratories,and the recovery rate ranged from 83.0%to 110%.The method has the characteristics of low detection limit,high precision and accuracy,and can be used to detect oil in oil-bearing sludge after treatment.
