摘　　要：电气产品故障往往会导致电击、火灾等损害人身、财产安全的事件。因此,在安规测试中,故障测试是重要的一环,其方法是通过人为设置一些故障来考核产品在发生故障时是否可以安全地失效。如果可以,那么产品在正常使用过程中即使出现故障也不会发生意外事故,相当于给产品增加了一层重要的安全保障。本文以使用非常广泛的自镇流LED灯的故障测试为例,详细介绍故障测试的试验条件设置、试验程序的确定和结果判定,为灯具开发和测试人员提供参考。Electrical product failures often lead to incidents such as electric shock and fire that damage personal and property safety.Therefore,in safety testing,fault testing is an important part.Its method is to set some faults manually to assess whether the product can safely fail in the event of a fault.If possible,even if the product malfunctions during normal use,accidents will not occur,which adds an important layer of safety guarantee to the product.This article takes the fault testing of universally used self-ballasted lamps as an example to introduce in detail the test conditions,test procedures,and result judgment of fault testing,providing reference for lamp development and testing personnel.
