摘 要:了解堤防的溃决机理和抢险手段对堤防安全运行有重要意义,将堤防的破坏形式分成漫顶破坏、渗透破坏和边坡失稳,分析了不同堤防破坏形式的机理,按溃口形成前后的顺序梳理了堤防的破坏形式及对应的抢护流程。结合实际案例分析了现代堤防抢险手段和传统手段的区别,对现有堤防的抢险方法进行了总结和展望。Understanding the breach mechanism of dikes and emergency response measures is of great significance for the safe operation of dikes.The failure modes of dikes are divided into three categories:overtopping failure,seepage failure,and slope instability.The mechanisms of dike failure are analyzed and the failure modes of dikes and the corresponding emergency response processes are sorted out according to the time of breach formation.Then the differences between modern dike emergency response measures and traditional measures are analyzed based on real cases.Finally,a summary and outlook of the existing dike emergency response methods are put forward.
