摘　　要：目前慢性疼痛(chronic pain)被定义为一种疾病,全球众多病人受其困扰,口服镇痛药等常规治疗效果不佳且不良反应大。通过鞘内给药(intrathecal drug delivery,ITDD)技术可将药物注入蛛网膜下腔,通过脑脊液循环直接作用于脑、脊髓而发挥作用,快速、稳定、高效治疗慢性疼痛,同时低药物剂量减少了药物不良反应,改善了病人生活质量及心理状态。本文就当前鞘内给药治疗慢性疼痛的研究进展作一综述,以期为当下利用ITDD治疗慢性疼痛及后续ITDD的改进提供思路。Nowadays,chronic pain has been defined as a disease that affects a large number of patients around the world.Conventional treatments(such as oral analgesics)have poor efficacy and enormous adverse effects.Intrathecal drug delivery(ITDD)is a technique in which drugs are injected into the subarachnoid space through the drug delivery system.And then,drugs directly act on the brain and the spinal cord through the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid,which can treat chronic pain quickly,stably and efficiently.The low drug dose of ITDD can reduce side effects and enhance the quality of life and psychological state of patients.In this article,we reviewed the latest research progress on ITDD for chronic pain,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of chronic pain by ITDD and subsequent studies about the improvement of ITDD.
