区域创新能力分布动态及时空收敛性研究--以河南省为例

摘　　要：创新能力的发展动态和空间分布格局为区域高水平创新突破、高质量创新发展寻求新的驱动力。基于河南省地级市专利授权量,根据Dagum基尼系数分解方法分析了河南省区域创新能力的差异来源,结合核密度估计图描绘了区域创新能力的分布动态,引入空间计量模型进一步检验创新能力的β收敛特征,从而客观展现河南省创新能力在区域、时间和空间维度的差异化分布特征。研究发现:从区域维度看,豫中地区和豫西地区创新能力较强的同时区域内差异化严重,造成区域创新能力不均衡的原因更多来自于区域间差异。从时间维度看,创新两极分化现象始终存在,弱创新城市表现出一定的下行压力,强创新城市始终保持创新动力。从空间维度看,河南省整体创新能力不仅呈现出绝对β和条件β收敛规律,而且经济基础和信息化程度对收敛均表现出显著的正向推动作用。为进一步优化创新结构和区域协同创新,应发挥核心创新城市的比较优势辐射作用,带动周边城市成为创新协作城市,形成城市间强有力的分工协作创新体系。The development dynamics and spatial distribution pattern of innovation capacity seek new driving forces for regional high-level innovation breakthroughs and high-quality innovation development.Based on the number of patents granted by prefecture-level cities in Henan Province,we used the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method to measure and decompose the differences of regional innovation capacity in Henan Province.This paper applied the Kernel density estimation method to portray the dynamic characteristics of the regional innovation capacity distribution.Moreover,a spatial econometric model was introduced to further examine theβ-convergence characteristics of innovation capacity.We found that:from the regional dimen-sion,there is a regional imbalance phenomenon in the innovation development of Henan Province,with the central and western regions of Henan having stronger innovation capabilities but serious intra-regional differen-tiation.The inter-regional gap is the main reason for the overall innovation gap,but the inter-regional gap partly shows a decreasing trend.In the temporal dimension,innovation polarization has always existed,with weakly innovative cities showing downward pressure and strongly innovative cities maintaining their innovation momentum.In the spatial dimension,the overall innovation capacity of Henan Province shows the absoluteβ-convergence and conditionalβ-convergence patterns,maintaining a convergence trend towards a steady state development.Under the three fixed-effect conditions,both the economic base and the degree of informatiza-tion show a significant positive driving effect on convergence.To further optimize the innovation structure and regional collaborative innovation,the comparative advantages of core innovation cities should be brought into play to radiate and drive neighboring cities to become innovation collaboration cities,forming a strong inter-city division of work and collaboration innovation system.
