摘  要:针对宣绩高速铁路XJZQ-1标段桥梁桩基工程地质富含地下流动水、粗颗粒超长卵石层较厚、斜岩及蜂窝集群式溶洞较多,钻孔难以成孔的问题,提出大功率旋挖钻机+多级组合护筒钻孔工艺。针对砂卵砾石土层厚及溶洞分布情况采用大功率旋挖钻机配一、二、三级组合钢护筒进行钻孔作业。实践表明,采用工艺能够很好适应工点区的复杂地质条件,钻孔速度快、成孔效果好、成桩质量高,经济、环境和社会效益良好。Aiming at the problems of difficult drilling process in complicated geology including rich underground flowing water,thick coarse particle ultra-long pebble layer,declined rock and honeycomb cluster karst cave in the project of XJZQ-1 bid section of Xuancheng to Jixi High Speed Railway,this paper puts forward the drilling technique of"high power rotary drilling rig+multi-stage combined steel casing".According to the thick soil layer of sand,gravel and karst cave distribution,the holes are bored by high power drilling rig with one,two and three stage combined steel casing.Practice shows that the drilling technique can adapt well to the complicated geology of the project,and have fast hole drilling,good effect,hole formation and high quality of pile.The technique has achieved significant economic,environmental,and social benefits.
