摘　　要：文章使用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据,利用条件混合估计方法(CMP),基于信息获取渠道视角,分析了互联网与社会资本对农民工就业质量的影响,并进一步对比分析了二者影响效应的差异。结果显示:其一,无论是互联网使用还是社会资本,均对提高农民工就业质量具有重要作用。其中,互联网使用对农民工的工作收入、工作稳定性和工作保障三个就业质量指标都有着显著的正向影响,而社会资本仅对农民工的工作收入和工作保障具有促进作用。其二,互联网使用与社会资本对农民工就业质量的影响存在替代关系,即当互联网使用程度较高时,社会资本对农民工就业质量的影响会被削弱。其三,两者对农民工就业质量的影响还存在着群体互补性,即互联网使用与社会资本对不同农民工群体提升就业质量的重要性存在差异。其中,互联网使用对新一代、受教育水平较高以及在第三产业就业的农民工就业质量的提升效果更为明显,而社会资本则对老一代、受教育水平处于中低水平以及在第二产业就业的农民工的正向影响更大。因此,相关就业帮扶政策的制定应充分发挥互联网使用与社会资本在提升农民工就业质量中的作用,同时为不同群体制定更具针对性的帮扶政策。This article uses the China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data and Conditional Mixed Process(CMP)esti-mation method to analyze the impact of the internet and social capital on the quality of employment of migrant workers from the perspective of information acquisition,and further compares the differences between the two.The results show that,firstly,both internet use and social capital play an important role in improving the quality of employment for mi-grant workers.Among them,internet use has a significant positive impact on the three employment quality indicators of migrant workers’work income,work stability,and work security,while social capital only promotes the work income and work security of migrant workers.Secondly,there is a substitute relationship between internet use and the impact of social capital on the quality of employment of migrant workers.When the degree of internet use is high,the impact of social capital on the quality of employment of migrant workers will be weakened.Thirdly,there is a group complementa-rity in the impact of the two on the employment quality of migrant workers,namely,there are differences in the impor-tance of internet use and social capital in improving the employment quality of different groups of migrant workers.Among them,the use of the internet has a more significant effect on improving the employment quality of the new gener-ation,migrant workers with higher education levels,and those employed in the tertiary industry,while social capital has a greater positive impact on the older generation,migrant workers with medium to low education levels,and those employed in the secondary industry.Therefore,the formulation of relevant employment assistance policies should fully leverage the role of internet use and social capital in improving the quality of employment for migrant workers,while formulating more targeted assistance policies for different groups.
