乡村振兴战略下村庄规划建议——以留坝县二郎庙村为例

摘　　要：随着我国城镇化快速发展,“三农”问题逐渐凸显,而实施乡村振兴战略是解决城乡发展不平衡、不充分问题的根本之策。加快实施乡村振兴战略,进行乡村规划,是改善乡村人居环境、发展现代化新型美丽乡村的必然要求。但由于各地域差异及经济基础不同,各地乡村振兴的路径、模式及面临的问题大多不同。通过解读乡村振兴策略,厘清乡村振兴总体要求,以汉中市留坝县二郎庙村为例,通过对该村各项情况调研,发现其人口流失、基础设施、文化资源等方面的问题。根据其目前存在不足,就居住区、基础设施、景观、产业发展等方面提出规划建议。With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”have become prominent,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is the fundamental strategy to solve the unbalanced and inadequate development of urban and rural areas.Accelerating the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and rural planning are the inevitable requirements for improving rural living environment and developing new modern beautiful countryside.However,due to regional differences and different economic bases,the paths,modes and problems faced by rural revitalization are mostly different in various regions.This paper interprets the strategy of rural revitalization,clarifies the general requirements of rural revitalization,and takes Erlangmiao Village in Liuba County,Hanzhong City as an example.Through the investigation on various situations in this village,it finds out the problems of population loss,infrastructure and cultural resources.According to its current shortcomings,some planning suggestions are put forward in terms of residential area,infrastructure,landscape and industrial development.
