摘　　要：文章针对运河杭州段城市更新的需求,以桥西历史街区为例,采用模糊层次分析法,从统筹与法规、空间与规划、业态与定位、建筑与场所四个层面,结合专业与非专业人群的评判,建立对桥西历史街区的评价分析模型,对相关研究节点进行了更新评价,并对桥西历史街区的城市更新提出了更新优化策略。该评价方法不仅对桥西历史街区的城市更新提供启示与数据支持,也可为杭州的整体规划建设提供方法指导。For the demand of urban renewal of Hangzhou section of the Canal,taking Qiaoxi historical block as an example,combining with the evaluation of professional and nonprofessional groups,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish an evaluation analysis model for Qiaoxi historic block from four aspects:overall planning and regulations,space and planning,format and positioning,architecture and place.The relevant research nodes are updated and evaluated,and the optimization strategies for the urban renewal of Qiaoxi historical block are proposed.This evaluation method not only provides inspiration and data support for the urban renewal of Qiaoxi historical block,but also provides methodological guidance for the overall planning and construction of Hangzhou.
