摘  要:文章以总结日本妇幼保健医院的建筑设计特点、提出其对我国妇幼保健院设计和建设的启示为研究目的。通过对日本妇幼保健院设计案例的介绍,阐述日本妇幼保健院在建设规模及功能构成、总平面设计及出入口设计、功能布局、流线设计、护理单元设计、病房设计等方面的特点,分析我国妇幼保健院设计和建设可以从中借鉴的理念和方法。研究显示,我国妇幼保健医院可以在床均建筑面积标准设置、急诊功能设置、以提高救治效率为首要设计目标进行功能布局、医技科室功能复合化、病房设计注重人性化设计等方面借鉴日本的妇幼保健医院设计的理念和方法。This paper aims to summarize the architectural design characteristics of maternal and children health care hospital in Japan,and propose its inspiration for the design and construction of maternal and children health care hospital in China.Through the introduction of the architectural design case of maternal and children health care hospital in Japan,this paper explains the characteristics of maternal and children health care hospital in Japan from the aspects of construction scale and functional composition,master plan design and entrance and exit design,functional layout,flow design in the architecture,nursing unit design,ward design,etc.,and analyzes the concepts and methods that can be used for reference in the design and construction of maternal and children health care hospital in China.This study shows that maternal and children health care hospital in China can learn from design concepts and methods of maternal and children health care hospital in Japan in terms of the standard setting of the average floor area of beds,the setting of emergency functions,the functional layout with the improvement of treatment efficiency as the primary design goal,the functional integration of medical technical departments,the emphasis on humanized design in ward design,and so on.
