摘  要:节水宣传工作在增强民众节水意识、培养节水习惯、提供节水知识与技巧、普及节水行为等方面发挥了重要作用。鉴于节约用水较强的社会属性,有必要从社会激励视角分析把握节水宣传的社会性特征和规律,以提高节水宣传教育工作的科学性和有效性。文章在对节水宣传教育进行社会学分析基础上,分析了我国节水宣传教育工作的主要方式,总结了工作开展中存在的重点问题,并从节水宣传教育的内容、对象、方式、机制等方面提出了进一步加强该项工作的建议。The water-saving publicity work has played an important role in enhancing public water-saving awareness,cultivating water-saving habits,providing water-saving knowledge and skills,and popularizing water-saving behaviors.Given the strong social attribute of water conservation,it is necessary to analyze and understand the social characteristics and laws of water-saving promotion from the perspective of social incentives,in order to improve the scientific and effective nature of water-saving promotion and education.On the basis of sociological analysis of water-saving publicity and education,this article analyzes the main methods of water-saving publicity and education work in China,summarizes the key problems in the work,and puts forward suggestions for further strengthening this work from the aspects of content,objects,methods,mechanisms of water-saving publicity and education.
