摘　　要：文化遗产是历史留给人类的宝贵财富。水文化是中华文化的重要组成部分,水利遗产是中国文化遗产的重要精髓,是中华文化传承的重要载体。在长期的治水实践中,中华民族不仅创造了巨大的物质财富,也创造了宝贵的精神财富,形成了历史悠久、内涵深刻、形式多样、璀璨夺目的水利遗产资源。适应新阶段水利高质量发展对水文化建设提出的更高要求,迫切需要深入挖掘中华优秀治水文化的丰富内涵和时代价值,切实加强水利遗产的保护和利用,提升水利工程的文化品位,满足广大人民群众日益增长的精神文化需求。Cultural heritage is the precious wealth left by history.As water culture is an important part of Chinese culture,water conservancy heritage is an important essence of Chinese cultural heritage and an important carrier of Chinese cultural heritage.In the long-term practice of water control,the Chinese nation has not only created huge material wealth,but also created valuable spiritual wealth,forming a dazzling water conservancy heritage resource with long history,profound connotation,and various forms.In order to meet the higher requirements of the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage for the construction of water culture,it is urgent to deeply explore the rich connotation and era value of China s excellent water governance culture,strengthen the protection and utilization of water conservancy heritage,improve the cultural taste of water conservancy projects,and meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
