摘  要:目前输电杆塔使用的销子主要是R型销。然而随着电力金具用环销逐渐普及,使实现开口销准确的故障自动检测成为可能。电力金具用环销在运行稳定性、装卸安全性、运维便捷性等方面的优势,致使环销一经面世便得到快速普及,可全面代替原R型销。为此,发明了一种自动识别开口销工作状态的巡检方法,省去了人巡排查开口销问题的大量工作,同时可提高将输电杆塔连接部件R型销替换为环形销的速度和准确率,降低了将输电杆塔的连接部件的R型销替换为环形销的时间成本。The pins used in current transmission towers mainly include R-shaped pins.However,with the gradual popularization of ring pins for power fittings,it is possible to realize accurate automatic fault detection of cotter pins.The advantages of ring pins for electric power fittings in terms of operational stability,safety in loading and unloading,and convenience in operation and maintenance have led to rapid popularization of ring pins once they were launched,and can completely replace the original R-type pins.A patrol inspection method that automatically identifies the working status of cotter pin is invented,which saves a lot of work for people to patrol and check the problem of cotter pin.At the same time,the invention can improve the speed and accuracy of replacing the R-type pin of the connecting part of the transmission pole tower with the ring pin,and reduce the time cost of replacing the R-type pin of the connecting part of the transmission pole tower with the ring pin.
