摘　　要：近年来,随着电力技术的不断发展和提高,使得供电的连续性和可靠性得到了更好的保证,但同时也让许多用电单位尤其是高危或高负荷用电单位在使用过程中产生侥幸心理,通过削减用电安全设备的资金投入来降低成本,实现更高的利润。此外,用户在用电过程中对于电能的管理措施不够完善,在发生用电事故时不能够及时、准确地找到故障原因,从而影响故障排查的效率,造成更大的经济损失。从用电安全隐患的角度出发,介绍智能安全用电装置的功能及其作用,探讨应对用电事故的对策,为实践工作提供参考。In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of power technology,the continuity and reliability of power supply have been better guaranteed.However,at the same time,many electricity users,especially high-risk or high-load electricity users,have a fluke mentality in the process of use,and reduce costs and achieve higher profits by reducing capital investment in electrical safety equipment.In addition,the user′s management measures for electric energy in the process of electricity use are not perfect,and the cause of the fault cannot be found in time and accurately in the event of an electricity accident,which affects the efficiency of fault troubleshooting and causes greater economic losses.From the perspective of potential dangers of electricity safety,the functions and functions of intelligent and safe power devices are introduced,and the countermeasures to deal with electricity accidents are discussed in depth,so as to provide reference for practical work.
