摘 要:为了避免市电掉电导致电脑硬件损坏或数据丢失,针对目前采取加配独立UPS方案存在系统可靠性低、占用空间大以及难以综合优化等问题,提出了一种基于快速运行模式切换开关的低功耗集成技术。该技术不仅将UPS集成到PC电源内部,降低了系统体积,而且使UPS处于热备份空载运行模式,减小了运行功耗。通过电路分析和数字仿真就系统的模式转换原理、电路结构以及动态特性等关键技术进行了研究与验证,证明了该技术的可行性和先进性。In order to avoid computer hardware damage or data loss caused by mains failure,a low power integration technology based on fast operation mode switch was proposed to solve the problems such as low system reliability,large space occupancy and difficult comprehensive optimization of the current scheme of adding independent UPS.This technology not only integrates the UPS into the PC power supply,reducing the system volume,but also enables the UPS to operate in hot backup no-load mode,reducing the power consumption.Through circuit analysis and digital simulation,this paper studies and verifies three key technologies of the system,such as mode conversion principle,circuit structure and dynamic characteristics,and proves the feasibility and advancement of the technology.
