摘 要:首先诠释多点接地故障的危害、三种故障判断方法,并针对不同故障种类逐一分析原因和处理方案。其次以一台运行中的大型电炉变压器为案例对其油样进行跟踪分析,发现绝缘油中乙炔和总烃超标并反复出现不良指标值,判断变压器内部存在多点接地故障情况。经深入排查钢压圈、铁心底脚、夹件内钢片和箱盖等故障部位,成功消除多点接地故障,最终检修效果令人满意。The article first explains the hazards of multi-point grounding faults,three fault diagnosis methods,and analyzes the causes and treatment plans for different types of faults one by one.Secondly,based on the oil sample tracking analysis of a case of large operating electric furnace transformer,it was found that the acetylene and total hydrocarbons in the insulation oil exceeded the standard and repeatedly showed poor indicator values,indicating the presence of multiple grounding faults inside the transformer.By thoroughly investigating the faulty parts of the steel pressure ring,iron core foot,steel sheet inside the clamp,and box cover,and the multiple grounding faults were successfully eliminated,finally achieving a satisfactory repairing result.
