摘  要:1E级电气间蓄电池是电站丧失电源后重要的备用电源,为保障房间内氢气浓度低于设计值,蓄电池房间持续排风尤为重要。从皮带选型、轴承载荷计算的角度核算蓄电池间排风机选型,处理现场风机运行故障并提出简化后的轴承载荷计算方法,为后续电站风机故障排查、轴承选型计算及设备可靠性优化提供参考。Storage batteries in class 1E electric rooms are important standby power supply after loss of normal electric power.In order to ensure the hydrogen concentration in the rooms is lower than the design value,it is especially important to keep constant exhausting air for the battery room.The article verifies the type selection of the exhaust fan in the term of belt selection and bearing load calculation,handling the operation trouble of exhaust fan and providing a reference for the follow-up fan troubleshooting,bearing type selection calculation and reliability improvement with a simplified method of bearing load calculation.
