摘 要:针对塔架式抽油机的长冲承、往复式的工作要求,以及对驱动电机体积限制的问题,提出用低速大转矩永磁同步直驱电机作为驱动电机,提高电机功率密度和运行可靠性。给出了塔架式抽油机永磁电机的电磁方案,采用有限元法对电机电磁性能、电机损耗进行了仿真计算;鉴于电机往复式运动会使电机动态过程占比较高,将稳态损耗和瞬态损耗分离并将二者等效成一个热源分析,采用有限元法进行了稳态热仿真。仿真结果验证了设计的合理性。Tower type pumping unit is required to perform long-stroke reciprocating motions,and its driving motor is limited in size.Accordingly,this paper proposed the use of the low-speed and high-power direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)in tower type pumping unit,so as to improve the power density and operation reliability.It determined the electromagnetic scheme of the PMSM for the tower type pumping unit,and carried out numerical analysis on the electromagnetic performance and loss of the PMSM by using finite element method.The reciprocating motions of the PMSM make the dynamic process compromise a large proportion of the motor motions,so the finite element method-based steady-state thermal simulation was also carried out,in which the steady-state loss and transient loss were separated and equated as one heat source.The simulation results confirmed the rationality of the proposed design.
