基于费尔克拉夫批评性话语分析框架的产业学院政策分析及建议

摘　　要：基于费尔克拉夫的批评性话语分析框架,以19项产业学院政策文本为对象,在文本分析层面,对政策文本进行词频统计和聚类分析,了解政策的关注重点;在话语实践层面,从互文性角度分析政策的形成,探讨政策被理解的过程;在社会实践层面,从经济和政治环境两方面剖析政策话语产生的社会背景。分析归纳出行业协会在产业学院政策话语中体现不足,产业学院政策话语模糊,产业学院政策话语关注点失衡等问题。鉴于此,产业学院政策应完善行业协会参与办学细则、减少话语模糊、均衡配置话语关注点。Based on the framework of Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis,by taking 19 policy texts of industrial college as objects,this paper conducts word frequency statistics and cluster analysis on policy texts at the text analysis level to understand the focus of policies,analyzes the formation of policies from the perspective of intertextuality to discuss the process of policy understanding at the discourse practice level,and analyzes the social background of policy discourse from such two aspects as economic and political environments at the level of social practice.It analyzes and summarizes such probelms as the insufficient reflection of industry associations in the policy discourse of industrial college,the vague policy discourse of industrial college,and the imbalanced focus of the policy discourse of industrial college.In view of this,the policy of industrial college should improve the detailed rules for the participation of industry associations in running schools,reduce discourse ambiguity,and balance the allocation of discourse concerns.
