摘　　要：目的分析心脏外科中常见的主动脉炎性疾病的临床表现。方法对2010—2020年在复旦大学附属中山医院心脏外科住院接受心脏手术治疗41552例患者进行筛查,统计主动脉炎患者的临床资料,总结其临床表现。结果因主动脉炎性疾病进行手术患者共145例,其中男75例、女70例,平均年龄24~76(45.6±11.3)岁。大动脉炎61例、白塞病51例、梅毒性主动脉炎8例、系统性红斑狼疮8例、强直性脊柱炎4例、川崎病2例、干燥综合征10例、硬皮病1例。结论主动脉炎在心脏外科中并不少见,应增强对疾病的认识,区分各类主动脉炎性疾病,做出正确的处理,改善患者预后。Objective To review and analyze the clinical manifestations of common aortitis in cardiac surgery.Methods We screened 41552 patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiac Surgery of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University from 2010 to 2020,analyzed the patients'clinical data,and classified according to the type of diseases.Then we summarized all their clinical manifestations.Results In our center 145 patients were operated for aortitis diseases,including 75 males and 70 females,with the age of 24-76(45.6±11.3)years.There were 61 patients of Takayasu's arteritis,51 patients of Behcet's disease,8 patients of syphilitic aortitis,8 patients of systemic lupus erythematosus,2 patients of Kawasaki disease,4 patients of ankylosing spondylitis,10 patients of dry syndrome,and 1patient of scleroderma.Conclusion Aortitis is not uncommon in cardiac surgery,and awareness of the disease should be enhanced.So that we can distinguish various types of aortitis and to make proper management to improve patients'prognosis.Download(CAJ format)Download(PDF format)
