摘　　要：植入式左心室辅助装置(left ventricular assist device,LVAD)已成为治疗终末期心力衰竭的重要手段,治疗效果不断提高。国际上全磁悬浮LVAD成为绝对主流,越来越多地用作终末治疗。中国也已迈入心室辅助时代。心室辅助装置的持续改进将进一步提升治疗效果。本文总结国内外LVAD治疗的现状与发展趋势。Implantable left ventricular assist device(LVAD)has become an essential treatment for end-stage heart failure,and its effect has been continuously improved.In the world,magnetic levitation LVAD has become mainstream and is increasingly used as a destination treatment.China has also entered the era of ventricular assist device.The continuous improvement of the ventricular assist device will further improve the treatment effect.This article reviews the current situation and development trend of LVAD treatment in China and abroad.
