摘 要:通过晶种辅助法合成ZSM-11分子筛,并对其进行碱处理从而制备了改性样品ZSM-11-AT.采用XRD、N2吸附和脱附、XRF、TEM、NH3-TPD和Py-IR等表征手段对样品ZSM-5、ZSM-11和ZSM-11-AT的物化性质进行了表征和对比分析,发现改性样品ZSM-11-AT的比表面积、孔隙结构和酸性质均得到了改善.采用固定床反应装置对样品的催化裂化性能进行了评价,对样品ZSM-5、ZSM-11和ZSM-11-AT的反应物转化率和产物分布进行了对比研究.结果表明,ZSM-11和ZSM-11-AT在烯烃乙烯和丙烯产率方面优于ZSM-5.与ZSM-11相比,ZSM-11-AT的催化性能得到了进一步的提高.Zeolite ZSM-11 was synthesized by seed-assist method and treated with alkali to obtain the modified sample ZSM-11-AT.The physical and chemical properties of the samples ZSM-5,ZSM-11 and ZSM-11-AT were characterized and compared using XRD,N2 adsorption and desorption,XRF,TEM,NH3-TPD,and Py-IR.The specific surface area,pore structure and acid property of modified sample ZSM-11-AT had been improved.The catalytic performances of the samples were evaluated using a catalytic cracking fixed-bed device.The reactant conversion and products distribution between ZSM-5,ZSM-11 and ZSM-11-AT were compared.The results showed that ZSM-11 and ZSM-11-AT had advantage over ZSM-5 in terms of olefin(ethylene and propylene)yield.The catalytic performance of ZSM-11-AT was further improved compared with ZSM-11.
