摘 要:由槟榔黄化植原体(areca palm yellow leaf phytoplasam, AYLP)引起的黄化病和槟榔隐症病毒1(areca palm velarivirus 1, APV1)引起的黄叶病毒病是海南槟榔生产中最重要的2种病害。为了明确2种病害的远距离传播途径,本研究采用Nested PCR和reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR)方法对154份来源于万宁、琼海、屯昌和临高的槟榔种苗及幼树(2~4龄)样品进行了AYLP和APV1的分子检测。检测结果显示,部分种苗以及幼树叶片样品检测到AYLP (幼苗7份,幼树28份)或APV1 (幼苗15份,幼树48份),这表明这部分种苗和幼树已感染槟榔黄化病植原体或槟榔隐症病毒1。部分幼树样品(7份)同时检测到AYLP和APV1,表明该部分幼树被2种病原感染。本研究结果为槟榔黄化病和槟榔黄叶病毒病通过带毒种苗进行传播提供了实验证据。Yellow leaf disease(YLD)of arecanut and areca palm leaf yellowing virus disease(ALYVD)caused by arecanut yellow leaf phytoplasam(AYLP)and areca palm velarivirus 1(APV1)respectively are two of the most im-portant diseases in the industry in Hainan Province.In order to determine the long-distance transmission method,AYLP and APV1 were detected from 154 seedling and young trees(two to four years old)samples which collected from Wanning,Qionghai,Tunchang and Lingao by nested PCR and reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR)respec-tively.The results showed that AYLP(7 seedlingsamples and 28 youngtree ones)or APV1(15 and 48 samples)was detected in the seedlings or young trees,which indicated that the seedlings and young trees from which the positive samples collected were infected by either AYLP or APV1.Both AYLP and APV1 were amplified in partial young tree samples(7 samples),which showed that these ones were infected by the two causal agents simultaneously.Our results gave a clue that YLD and ALYVD mayhave a remote transmission byareca palm seedlings.
