摘 要:本研究旨在探索番石榴叶中活性成分TFPGL和TTPGL对肥胖的调节作用及其机制。通过高脂饲料喂养的肥胖大鼠模型,发现TFPGL和TTPGL的干预能显著降低大鼠体重、体脂含量和脂肪细胞直径。此外,TFPGL和TTPGL还能调节血脂水平,降低甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平。研究结果表明,TFPGL和TTPGL通过促进脂肪细胞褐化、改善胰岛素功能和抗炎作用等多种机制发挥抗肥胖作用。这些发现为番石榴叶作为天然药物预防和治疗肥胖相关疾病提供了重要线索。This study aims to explore the regulatory effects and mechanisms of the active components TFPGL and TTPGL in guava leaves on obesity.Using a high-fat diet-induced obesity rat model,it was found that intervention with TFPGL and TTPGL significantly reduced body weight,body fat content,and adipocyte diameter in rats.Fur-thermore,TFPGL and TTPGL were able to regulate blood lipid levels,reducing triglycerides,cholesterol,and low-density lipoprotein levels.The results suggest that TFPGL and TTPGL exert anti-obesity effects through mul-tiple mechanisms,including promoting adipocyte browning,improving insulin function,and exerting anti-inflam-matory effects.These findings provide important clues for the use of guava leaves as a natural remedy for the pre-vention and treatment of obesity-related diseases.
