摘  要:花生荚果若采收后不及时脱水干燥或者采收期遇到阴雨天气,会加大花生黄曲霉污染的风险。不同花生品种荚果的脱水速度具有差异性,较短的荚果脱水时间可以降低自然晾晒期遇雨受潮的几率,从而降低黄曲霉侵染的概率,若采用机械烘干也可以降低能耗节约能源提高效益。本研究以35个花生品种为试验材料,研究不同花生品种脱水速率并进行聚类分析,将35个品种分为4大类;通过相关性分析研究脱水速率与花生性状之间的关系,结果表明,脱水速率与百果重、百仁重、出仁率、粗脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、油酸含量、荚果长、宽、高,产量呈正相关,与亚油酸含量呈负相关,均不显著,但与果壳厚呈显著正相关;并利用隶属函数法对35个品种进行综合评价,为花生品种的生产利用提供参考和依据。The risk of aflatoxin contamination of peanut by Arachis hypogaea will be increased if peanut pods are not dried in time after harvest or if there is rainy weather during harvest period.Different peanut varieties of pods have different dehydration speed,shorter pod dehydration time can reduce the natural drying period in the rain,thus reducing the probability of aflatoxin infestation,if the use of mechanical drying can also reduce energy consumption,energy savings,and improve efficiency.In this study,35 peanut varieties were used as experimental materials to study the dehydration rate of different peanut varieties and perform cluster analysis,and the 35 varieties were divided into four categories.The relationship between dehydration rate and peanut traits was studied by correlation analysis,and the results showed that the dehydration rate was positively correlated with 100-pod weight,100-kernal weight,shelling percentage,crude fat content,protein content,oleic acid content,pod length,width and height,yield and linoleic acid content,which were not significant,but were significantly positively correlated with the thickness of the husk.The membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate 35 varieties,which provided a theoretical basis for the production and utilization of peanut varieties.
