摘  要:通过采用等温热重法开展内蒙古长滩煤的热解、气化和燃烧3种转化方式的实验研究,以期全面考察长滩煤的不同转化特性及为长滩煤的利用途径优化选择提供基础数据支撑。煤炭的加压利用方式由其煤质性质决定,以内蒙古长滩煤及其半焦为研究对象,采用常压热重及加压热重等温热重法,系统研究内蒙古长滩煤的热解、气化及燃烧特性,为长滩煤的利用方案选择提供数据支撑。由常压热重实验得出:长滩煤在常压、氮气气氛下950℃热解、恒温90 min,失重率、残留质量、热解最大质量变化速率分别为37.75%、62.25%、1.56%/min,转化率达46.65%;长滩煤在常压、纯CO_(2)气氛及不同温度下气化,随气化温度的升高则气化最大质量变化速率增加,气化反应达最大转化率的时间缩短,气化反应进行的时间相同时,其温度越高则对应的碳转化率越高,气化温度对气化反应起关键作用,提高气化温度有利于加快气化反应速率、缩短气化反应时间;长滩煤在常压、空气气氛下950℃燃烧,切换空气后瞬间转化完成,约2.5 min即可达到最大碳转化率,残留质量为22.66%,燃烧最大质量变化速率为27.7%/min。由加压热重实验得出:长滩煤半焦在2 MPa、975℃、氮气气氛下恒温约100 min,转化率从700℃左右开始明显提高,恒温结束时的热解转化率约为36.67%;在70%CO_(2)气氛下恒温约120 min,气化反应达到最大碳转化率;在70%水蒸气气氛下恒温约60 min,气化反应达到最大碳转化率;在空气气氛下恒温约20 min,燃烧反应达到最大碳转化率。By using the isothermal thermogravimetric method,the experimental research on the pyrolysis,gasification and combustion of Changtan coal in Inner Mongolia was carried out in order to comprehensively investigate the different transformation characteristics of Changtan coal,in order to provide basic data support for the optimization and selection of utilization ways of Changtan coal.The properties of coal determine its pressurized utilization mode.Taking Inner Mongolia Changtan coal and its semi-coke as the research object,the pyrolysis,gasification and combustion characteristics of Inner Mongolia Changtan coal were systematically studied by using temperature thermogravimetric methods such as atmospheric pressure thermogravimetric and pressurized thermogravimetric methods,which provided data support for the selection of utilization plans of Changtan coal.The results of the thermogravimetric experiment show that the weight loss rate,residual mass and pyrolysis maximum weight loss rate of Changtan coal are 37.75%,62.25% and 1.56%/min respectively under atmospheric pressure and nitrogen atmosphere for 950℃ pyrolysis and constant temperature for 90 min,the conversion rate is 46.65%.Changtan coal is gasified under atmospheric pressure,pure CO_(2)atmosphere and different temperatures.With the increase of gasification temperature,the maximum weight loss rate of gasification increases,and the time for gasification reaction to reach the maximum conversion rate is shortened.At the same time of gasification reaction,the higher the temperature is,the higher the corresponding carbon conversion rate will be.Raising the gasification temperature is beneficial to speed up the gasification reaction rate and shorten the gasification reaction time.Changtan coal is burned at 950℃under atmospheric pressure and air atmosphere,and the conversion is completed immediately after switching air.The maximum carbon conversion can be reached in about 2.5 minutes,the residual mass is 22.66%,and the maximum weight loss rate is 27.7%/min.The res
