摘　　要：随着数智时代的到来,高校图书馆的数字化转型进程不断加快,数据治理逐渐成为高校图书馆管理的重要环节。然而,数据治理涉及众多敏感信息,如何在数据利用的过程中保护用户信息、维护数据安全、遵守相关法律法规成为高校图书馆当前面临的重要挑战。从伦理机制和引导策略两个方面探讨了高校图书馆数据治理所面临的种种问题,旨在为高校图书馆提供一套有效的数据治理方案,以保障高校图书馆用户权益与数据安全。With the arrival of the digital intelligence era,the process of digital transformation of university libraries is constantly accelerating,and the data governance has gradually become an important part of university library’s manage-ment.However,the data governance involves many sensitive information,how to protect user information,maintain data security,and comply with relevant laws and regulations in the process of data utilization have become an important chal-lenge for university libraries.This paper probes into various problems of data governance in university library from two as-pects of ethical mechanism and guiding strategy,aiming at providing a set of effective data governance scheme for univer-sity library to protect the rights and interests of university library users and data security.
