摘　　要：随着新兴信息技术的快速发展,高校图书馆数字资源在人才培养、学科建设等方面显得愈发重要,但当前高校图书馆数字资源建设普遍存在服务定位不够准确、资源建设针对性不强等问题。构建了高校图书馆数字资源价值工程分析模型,并以安徽理工大学图书馆为例,计算得出图书馆数字资源功能效用重要性系数、投入成本系数和综合价值系数,有效评估了该图书馆数字资源建设存在的短板,剖析了具体原因并提出了相应对策,以期为图书馆数字资源建设指明方向。With the rapid development of new information technology,digital resources of university libraries are be⁃coming more and more important in talent training and discipline construction.However,there are many problems in the current construction of digital resources in university libraries,such as inaccurate service orientation and weak perti⁃nence.This paper constructs a value engineering analysis model for digital resources in university libraries,and takes the library of Anhui University of Science&Technology as an example to calculate the importance coefficient,cost coefficient and comprehensive value coefficient of library digital resources,which effectively assesses the shortcomings of digital re⁃sources construction in this library,clarifies the objects that need to be improved,analyzes the specific reasons and pro⁃poses corresponding countermeasures,so as to show the direction for library digital resources construction.
