摘 要:将季铵盐与聚乳酸溶液共混并通过静电纺丝技术成功制备了抗菌可降解薄膜材料。利用扫描电子显微镜、电子万能材料试验机、纤维直径统计分布、抗菌性能测试等对纤维薄膜的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,单链季铵盐可在一定程度上提高聚乳酸薄膜材料的抗菌性能,但会降低薄膜的断裂强度和弹性模量。双链季铵盐能较大程度提高聚乳酸薄膜材料抗菌性能的同时保证薄膜材料具有良好的拉伸/断裂强度和延伸率,成膜均匀,抗菌剂分散性好,适于工业化生产和应用。In this study,an antibacterial degradable membrane was successfully prepared through electrostatic spinning using a mixture of quaternary ammonium salt and poly(lactic acid)(PLA),and their structure and properties were char‐acterized by using scanning electron microscope,electronic universal material testing machine,statistical distribution of fi‐ber diameter,and antibacterial property measurement.The results indicated that the single chain quaternary ammonium salt improve the antibacterial performance of the PLA membrane to a certain extent but reduced its breaking strength and elastic modulus.The double‐chain quaternary ammonium salt improved the antibacterial performance of the PLA mem‐brane significantly.This ensures that the membrane achieves high tensile/breaking strength and elongation,good mem‐brane formation uniformity,and good dispersity of antibacterial agents.Therefore,the PLA membrane filled with the double‐chain quaternary ammonium salt is more suitable for industrial production and practical applications.
