摘　　要：直至今日,遗产学界与博物馆学界关于无形遗产的本质与保护问题的讨论从未停歇。21世纪初,苏东海先生曾以无形遗产为主题发表过若干文章,其核心观点是无形遗产的特殊性使得博物馆在保护无形遗产上是无能为力的。与“能否保护”的学术讨论相伴而生的是“如何保护”的实践探索,尤其是无形遗产在2007年被写入博物馆定义之后,一系列保护尝试影响甚至重塑了博物馆的潜力。虽然博物馆与无形遗产之间的关系是动态的、情境化的,但是博物馆能否保护无形遗产依然是一个值得重申的学术议题。无形遗产的特殊性和传统的保护模式不得不让博物馆世界重新思考博物馆在保护无形遗产上所扮演的角色。The discussion about the essence and safegaurd of intangible heritage in the fields of heritage studies and museum studies has never ceased.In the early 2lst century,Mr.Su Donghai published several articles on intangible heritage,with the core viewpoint being that the uniqueness of intangible heritage renders museums incapable of safeguarding it.Accompanying the academic discussion of"whether museums can safegaurd intangible heritage"is the practical exploration of"how to protect",especially after intangible heritage was included in the museum definition in 2007,a series of attempts have since influenced and even reshaped the potential of museums.Although the relationship between museums and intangible heritage is dynamic and contextual,the question of whether museums can safegaurd intangible heritage remains a significant academic issue.The uniqueness of intangible heritage and the traditional preservation mode compel the museum world to reconsider the role museums play in safeguarding intangible heritage.
