摘　　要：金陵科技学院以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,紧抓新时代我国正在产生一批以培养高素质应用型人才为己任的新兴应用型大学的历史机遇,在国内率先提出办新兴应用型大学的理念,并契合应用型本科高校人才培养的实际和特殊性,对应用型人才培养体系进行了整体性设计和创新性重构,形成了由“核心(新思想)—思路(新定位、新使命、新理念)—举措(新布局、新支撑、新抓手、新模式)—成效(特色发展、跨越发展)”四个层面组成的“1+9同心圆”新兴应用型大学人才培养新范式。Under the guidance of Xi Jinping s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Jinling Institute of Technology adheres to fostering virtue through education as a fundamental task,closely follows the historical opportunity that China in the new era is generating a number of emerging application-oriented colleges and universities with the mission of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,also is the first in China to put forward the concept of establishing an emerging application-oriented university and in line with the reality and particularities of talent cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities to conduct a holistic design and innovative reconstruction for the application-orientation talent cultivation system so as to create a new paradigm of“1+9 concentric circles”,which is composed of four levels,namely,core(new idea)—thoughts(new positioning,new missions and new concepts)-measures(new layout,new support,new key-points and new modes)-achievements(distinctive development,striding development).
