摘  要:针对汽车加长纵梁工艺难以成型、模具结构设计困难的问题,对汽车纵梁采用了矩形与单动结合的方式进行拉伸,并在凸凹模上采用了侧销式起重棒的起重设计,具有较好的结构创新性。设计方案为汽车加长纵梁模具的设计提供了一种切实可行的思路和理念,改变了汽车加长纵梁模具整体结构的布局,使得其机构简单实用。This article mainly focuses on the problems of difficult forming process and mold structure design for automobile extended longitudinal beams.The automobile longitudinal beams are stretched using a combination of rectangular and single action methods,and the lifting design of side pin lifting rods is used in the convex and concave mold design,which has good structural innovation.This provides a practical and feasible design approach and concept for the design of the automobile extended longitudinal beam mold,changing the overall structure layout of the automobile extended longitudinal beam mold and making its mechanism simple and practical.
