摘 要:试验旨在研究发酵饲料对育肥湖羊生长性能、肠道形态及肠黏膜SIgA含量的影响。随机选择70只健康、体重为(30.86±4.50)kg的6月龄育肥湖羊,分为5组,每组14只。发酵饲料的添加量分别为0(对照组)、2.0%、4.0%、6.0%、8.0%,预试期14 d,正试期45 d,试验结束后5组各随机屠宰3只羊取样。结果:(1)与对照组相比,添加6%发酵饲料的平均日增重(ADG)增加50%,差异显著(P<0.05);2%组、6%组料重比(F/G)分别降低25.69%、40.63%;添加发酵饲料处理组的终末体重(final weight)、平均日采食量(ADFI)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,添加2%、6%发酵饲料各处理组的十二指肠、空肠、回肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)比值均显著升高,隐窝深度均显著降低,差异极显著(P<0.01),随着绒毛高度和V/C比值的增加,隐窝深度也随之降低。其中,添加6%的发酵饲料均显著提高十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的含量,且分别提高了27.46%、33.50%、34.33%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:结果显示添加6%的发酵饲料可以改善育肥湖羊的肠道形态发育,促进肠道分泌大量的SIgA,增强肠道黏膜屏障功能,从而提高湖羊的生长性能,进一步实现与抗生素相当的成效。The experiment aimed to determine the effects of fermented feed on the growth performance,intestinal morphology and SlgA content of intestinal mucosa in fattening Hu sheep.Seventy healthy 6-month-old fattened Hu sheep weighing(30.86±4.50)kg were randomly selected and divided into 5 groups of 14 animals each.The fermented feed was designed to be added at 0(control group),2.0%,4.0%,6.0%and 8.0%,respectively,for a pre-test period of 14 d and a formal test period of 45 d.At the end of the formal test period,three sheep were randomly chosen from each group and were slaughtered and sampled.The results were as follows:1)Compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain(ADG)of the groups on 6%fermented feed increased by 50%,with a significant difference(P<0.05);in the 2%and 6%fermented feed groups,the feed to weight ratio(F/G)decreased by 25.69%and 40.63%,respectively;however,there was no significant difference in the final weight and average daily feed intake(ADFI)in the fermented feed treated groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the villi height and villi height/crypt depth(V/C)ratio of duodenum,jejunum and ileum were significantly higher and the crypt depth was significantly lower in the groups treated with 2%and 6%fermented feeds,and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).The addition of 6%fermented feed significantly increased the content of secretory immunoglobulin(SIgA)in the mucosa of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of the tested sheep by 27.46%,33.50%and 34.33%,respectively,with highly significant dfferences(P<0.01).In conclusion,adding an appropriate amount of fermented feed improved the morphological development of the intestinal tract of fattened Hu sheep,promoted the secretion of large amounts of SIgA from the intestine and enhanced the function of the intestinal mucosal barrier,thus improving the growth performance of Hu sheep and further achieving an effect comparable to that of antibiotics.
