摘  要:旨在确定红白蓝参活力饮中多糖和黄酮的最佳提取工艺以及评价活力饮提取物的安全性。本试验采用正交法对红白蓝参活力饮有效成分提取工艺进行优化,通过观察和测定小鼠灌胃水提液7 d时其精神状态、死亡情况、小鼠体重和脏器系数的变化判断其安全性。结果显示,影响红白蓝参活力饮提取效果的因素依次是提取次数、提取时间、液药质量比,其最佳提取工艺为提取2次,每次60 min,液药质量比20∶1;安全性试验表明小鼠给药后7 d时精神状态良好,对小鼠的死亡率、体重、脏器系数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,红白蓝参活力饮的提取工艺可行且提取物安全性高,为红白蓝参活力饮的开发奠定了基础。To screen the best process for extraction of polysaccharides and flavonoids from Red-white-blue-ginseng vitality drink and evaluate the safety of the extract,the orthogonal method was used to optimize the process for extracting the active components from Red-whiteblue-ginseng vitality drink.Then,mice were used and gavaged with the aqueous extract,and the changes in the mental state,death rate,body weight and organ coefficient of the mice were observed and measured 7 days later.The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction effect of Red-white-blue-ginseng vitality drink were,in an descending order of the extraction times,extraction time,and waterdrug ratio.The optimal extraction process was extracting twice,60 min each time,and 20:1 of the water-drug ratio.The safety test indicated that the mice were in good mental condition at 7 d after dosing,and there was no significant effect on their mortality rate,body weight and organ coefficient(P>0.05).The results of this study indicated that the extraction process here for active constituents from Red-white-blueginseng vitality drink was feasible and the extract was safe,which laid the foundation for further research on Red-white-blue-ginseng vitality drink.
