摘 要:旨在了解养殖狐狸和貉隐孢子虫的流行情况、虫种、基因型和人畜共患风险。试验选取河南省2个地区和河北省1个地区,共采集1 588份狐狸和貉粪便样品,基于核糖体小亚基SSU rRNA位点,通过套式PCR扩增,进行隐孢子虫感染的调查。检测结果确定了17个隐孢子虫阳性样品,总感染率为1.07%。同时发现3种隐孢子虫,均具有人兽共患性,占比分别为其中Cryptosporidium(C.)canis(12/17)、C. parvum (4/17)和C. andersoni (1/17),C. canis为优势虫种。本研究结果扩大了隐孢子虫的宿主范围,且具有一定的公共卫生学意义。In order to understand the epidemiology,species,genotypes and zoonosis risk of Cryptosporidium(C.)in cage reared foxes and raccoon dogs,a total of 1588 fecal samples were collected from those animals in two areas in Henan Province and one area in Hebei Province.Cryptosporidium was detected by nested PCR based on SSU rRNA gene loci.In the present study,17 samples were found infected with Cryptosporidium at a total infection rate of 1.07%.Three species were detected in the samples infected with Cryptosporidium in the present study,and all of these three species(C.canis,C.parvum and C.andersoni)were zoonotic.Proportions of C.canis,C.parvum and C.andersoni were 12/17,4/17 and 1/17,respectively;and C.canis was the dominant species.The results of the present study expanded the host range of foxes and raccoon dogs which was of great significance for public health.
