摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起的急性接触性传染病,给养猪业造成的经济损失巨大。PRRSV感染机体之后,宿主体内的免疫系统识别PRRSV,多种天然免疫因子会与PRRSV蛋白相互作用以对病毒感染产生影响。本文主要综述了宿主体内天然免疫抑制因子影响PRRSV感染的相关机制,为解析PRRSV的致病机制以及研发PRRS防控技术提供理论依据。Porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is one of the acute contagious infectious diseases caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory virus(PRRSV).The spread of the disease could cause huge economic losses to the swine industry.After PRRSV infection,the host immune system recognizes PRRSV,and a variety of natural immune factors will interact with PRRSV proteins to have an effect on the viral infection.In this article,we have mainly reviewed the mechanisms of the natural immune factors functioning on PRRSV infection,in the hope of providing theoretical basis for analyzing the pathogenesis of PRRSV and developing prevention and control techniques against PRRS.
