摘  要:Speciation,a famous Darwin’s mystery of mysteries,is one of the unsolved fundamental scientific questions of evolution.Reproductive isolation is essential for speciation and maintenance of species identity by restricting gene flow among differentiated populations,which can be mainly divided into pre-zygotic reproductive isolation and post-zygotic reproductive isolation.
