摘  要:对首钢水钢炼铁事业部3号炉(1350 m^(3))冶炼钒钛矿后出现炉缸堆积如何处理复产及达产的主要操作经验进行了总结。通过制定科学的处理方案,选择合理的送风参数和装料制度,控制好炉内压量关系稳定,整体炉况恢复比较顺利。This paper summarizes the main operation experience of how to deal with the hearth accu mulation after smelting vanadium and titanium ore in 3#furnace(1350m^(3))of Shuigang and how to reach the design capacity.Through the formulation of scientific treatment scheme,the selection of reasonable air supply parameters and charging system,the pressure in the furnace is well controlled and the relationship is stable,and the overall furnace condition is restored smoothly.
