摘  要:水钢从2022年9月开始高炉钒钛矿冶炼,铁水含[Cr]、[V]、[Ti]成分增加,用钒钛铁水冶炼82B钢种时,存在转炉终点余[Cr]波动大,转炉供精炼部分炉次[Cr]成分过低,精炼处理过程多次调Cr成分,造成精炼后期补加高碳铬铁,加入高碳铬铁时间短不能充分熔化,用户拉拔脆断杯锥状断口比例由正常约0.5%增加到2%以上。通过研究吹炼过程铁水[Cr]收得率与转炉冶炼造渣工艺、终点氧化性的关系,转炉开展供精炼钢水配铬成分一次到位攻关,有效减少了杯锥状断口的产生,取得了一定的效果。The smelting of vanadium-titanium ore in the blast furnace of Shuicheng Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.started from September 2022,and the contents of[Cr],[V]and[Ti]in the molten iron in creased.When the 82B steel grade was smelted with vanadium-titanium molten iron,there was a large fluctuation in the residual[Cr]at the end of the converter,the content of[Cr]in some heats of the converter for refining was too low,and the content of Cr was adjusted many times during the re fining process.As a result,high-carbon ferrochrome is added in the later stage of refining,and the time for adding high-carbon ferrochrome is too short to fully melt,and the proportion of brittle cupcone fracture increased from normal<0.5%to more than 2%.By studying the relationship between the yield of[Cr]in molten iron and the slag forming process of converter smelting and the end oxida tion,the problem of adding chromium to molten steel for refining in converter is solved at one time,which effectively reduces the generation of cup-cone fracture and achieves certain results.
