摘 要:使用高炉水渣;转炉钢渣和脱硫石膏混合粉磨生产的全固废基胶凝材料可替代硅酸盐水泥应用于混凝土道路。不仅为水钢冶金渣固废的消纳提供有效的途径,而且契合国家双碳政策的发展目标,为全固废基胶凝材料的应用拓展奠定了良好的生产基础。生产实践表明:高炉水渣60%;转炉钢渣30%;脱磷石膏10%,全固废凝胶材料的28d抗压强度最高达到37.3 MPa;制备C20级全固废基胶材混凝土,水胶比为0.42,28d强度达到20.2 MPa;全固废基胶材混凝土应用在厂区道路改善方面取得良好的实践成效。The full solid waste based cementitious material produced by mixing and grinding blast furnace granulated slag,converter steel slag and desulfurized gypsum can be applied to concrete roads instead of Portland cement.It not only provides an effective way for the disposal of metallurgical slag solid waste in Shuigang,but also lays a good production foundation for the application and expansion of solid waste-based cementitious materials in line with the development goals of the national doublecarbon policy.The production practice shows that when the blast furnace slag is 60%,the converter steel slag is 30%and the dephosphogypsum is 10%,the 28d compressive strength of the full solid waste gel material is up to 37.3MPa,and when the water binder ratio of C20 grade full solid waste based gel material concrete is 0.42,the 28d compressive strength is up to 20.2MPa;The application of all solid waste based cementitious material concrete has achieved good practical results in the im provement of factory roads.
