摘　　要：目的:分析2018-2022年安徽省中部地区继续医学教育开展情况及分析存在的问题,提出解决对策建议。方法:根据2018-2022年安徽省中部地区继续医学教育项目立项评审情况,统计和分析国家级和省级继续教育项目执行情况、远程学习情况、学分类型等,分析安徽省中部地区继续医学教育项目执行率、项目开展形式、远程学习等情况。结果:安徽省中部地区2018-2022年国家级继教项目实际执行率为78%,省级继教项目实际执行率为62%。此外,卫生专业技术人员通过远程教育取得I类学分的人数持续增长,Ⅱ类学分学习人次不稳定,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类继续教育学分学习每年合计人次略有波动。结论:2018-2022年安徽省中部地区继续教育项目立项通过率偏低,总体执行情况良好。未来应在继续医学教育管理上推陈出新,并根据项目举办特点,加强项目监督和评价,提高项目立项比例和质量,促进继续医学教育高质量和可持续发展。Objective:To analyze the situation and existing problems of continuing medical education in a certain area of Anhui Province,and propose solutions and suggestions.Method:Based on the evaluation of continuing medical education projects in a certain region of Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022,statistics and analysis were conducted on the implementation status,distance learning status,credit types,etc.of national and provincial continuing education projects.The implementation rate,project development forms,and distance learning status of continuing medical education projects in a certain region of Anhui Province were analyzed.Result:The actual implementation rate of national level continuing education projects in a certain region of Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022 was 78%,while the actual implementation rate of provincial level continuing education projects was 62%.In addition,the number of health professionals obtaining ClassⅠcredits through remote education continues to increase,while the number of ClassⅡcredits is unstable.The total number of ClassⅠandⅡcontinuing education credits per year fluctuates slightly.Conclusion:The project approval rate in a certain area of Anhui Province from 2018 to 2022 was relatively low,and the overall execution was good.In the future,innovation should be introduced in the management of continuing medical education,and project supervision and evaluation should be strengthened based on the characteristics of the project,to improve the proportion and quality of project approval,and to promote high-quality and sustainable development of continuing medical education.
