早期康复护理对创伤性硬脑膜下出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨创伤性硬脑膜下出血患者采用早期康复护理对其预后及精神功能康复效果的影响。方法:选取医院收治的80例创伤性硬膜下出血患者为研究对象,随机均分为研究组与对照组,对照组患者采取基础护理,研究组患者采取基础护理联合早期康复护理模式,对比两组患者干预前后认知功能、肢体运动、精神状态、不良情绪,以及干预后6个月患者生活质量。结果:与干预前对比,两组患者干预后的LOTCA、Fugl-Meyer、MMSE评分均升高,SDS和SAS评分均下降,研究组变化趋势更明显(P<0.05);研究组患者在社会、情感、躯体、健康感觉方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理可促进TADSH患者神经功能的恢复,改善患者认知、运动、精神状态,降低患者不良情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis and mental function rehabilitation of patients with traumatic Dura mater hemorrhage.Method:80 patients with traumatic subdural hemorrhage admitted to hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The control group received basic care,while the study group received a combination of basic care and early rehabilitation care.The cognitive function,limb movement,mental state,adverse emotions,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Result:Compared with before intervention,after intervention,the LOTCA,Fugl Meyer,and MMSE scores of both groups of patients increased,while SDS and SAS scores decreased.The trend of change in the study group was more significant(P<0.05);The study group patients scored higher than the control group in terms of social,emotional,physical,and health perception(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of neurological function in TADSH patients,improve their cognitive,motor,and mental states,reduce their negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
