摘  要:目的:探讨基于微信平台的问题导向学习(PBL)教联合案例教学(CBL)模式教学在核医学实践教学中的应用价值。方法:选取皖南医学院医学影像专业2013级本科医学生102人,随机分为研究组和对照组,观察组30人,对照组72人。观察组采用基于微信平台的PBL联合CBL模式教学法,对照组采用传统课堂教学模式。对两组学生的实践考核成绩进行对比分析,采用自制问卷调查的方法对教学满意度进行调查。结果:观察组学生的实践成绩和教学满意度评分均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习兴趣较高。结论:基于微信的PBL联合CBL模式教学可以提高学生成绩、满意度、自主学习能力。Objective:To explore the application value of PBL(problem-based learning,PBL)teaching combined with CBL(CBL)teaching in the practical teaching of nuclear medicine based on WeChat platform.Methods:A total of 102 undergraduate medical imaging majors of Class 2013 in Anhui South Medical College were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 30 people in the observation group and 72 people in the control group.The observation group adopted the PBL combined CBL model teaching method based on the WeChat platform,and the control group adopted the traditional classroom teaching mode.The practical assessment results of the two groups of students were compared and analyzed,and the teaching satisfaction was surveyed by means of self-made questionnaire surveys.Results:The practical performance and teaching satisfaction rates of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group compared with those in the two groups(P<0.05);the research group had a higher interest in independent learning.Conclusion:WeChatbased PBL combined with CBL model of teaching can improve student performance,satisfaction,and independent learning,which is worthy of promotion and application.
