低频脉冲电刺激联合音乐疗法在GustiloⅢB型骨折疼痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨低频脉冲电刺激联合音乐疗法在GustiloⅢB型骨折术后疼痛中的效果。方法:选取医院手足外科GustiloⅢB型骨折行手术治疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均给予手足外科常规护理,在常规护理的基础上,观察组患者在术后给予低频脉冲电刺激联合音乐疗法缓解疼痛。观察两组患者的疼痛评分、康复训练依从性、并发症发生率、患者满意度等。结果:观察组患者术后第1天、第3天、第7天和出院时的疼痛分值均低于对照组(P<0.05),康复训练依从性高于对照组(P<.05)。结论:低频脉冲电刺激联合音乐疗法可以促进局部血液循环,减轻疼痛程度及焦虑、促进患者早期康复,改善患者术后生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with music therapy on postoperative pain of GustiloⅢB fracture.Methods:80 patients with GustiloⅢB fracture in hand and foot surgery in hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each.Both groups of patients were given routine care of hand and foot surgery.On the basis of routine care,the observation group was given low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with music therapy to relieve pain after surgery.The pain score,compliance with rehabilitation training,complication rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The pain scores of the observation group on the 1st,3rd,7th day after operation and at the time of discharge were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The compliance of rehabilitation training was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with music therapy can promote local blood circulation,reduce pain and anxiety,promote early recovery of patients,and improve their quality of life after surgery.
