摘 要:钻机在钻进、锚固及开孔定位时,需要调节机架的方位角、倾角和高度,为此设计了多方位钻孔姿态调节机构,该机构可以自动改变机架的偏转角度和提升高度。为了测定机架的偏转角度,在机架导轨尾部设置有机载姿态仪;为检测机架的提升高度,在姿态调节机构之上集成有位移传感器。采用姿态调节机构与机载姿态仪的组合,可全面实现钻孔姿态参数的调节与测量。为分析极端条件下姿态调节机构的受力状况,选取3种典型工况,对其进行了有限元分析,结果表明,姿态调节机构设计合理,强度和刚度满足需求。When the drilling rig is drilling,anchoring and opening positioning,it′s necessary to adjust the azimuth angle,dip angle and lifting height.Therefore,a multi directional drilling attitude adjustment mechanism was designed,which can change the deflection angle and lifting height of the frame automatically.In order to measure the deflection angle of the frame,an mounted attitude instrument was set at the tail of the frame guide rail.In order to detect the lifting height of the frame,a displacement sensor was integrated on the attitude adjustment mechanism.The combination of attitude adjustment mechanism and mounted attitude instrument can realize the adjustment and measurement of borehole attitude parametersfully.In order to analyze the stress state of the attitude adjustment mechanism under extreme conditions,three typical working conditions were selected and the finite element analysis were carried out.The results show that the design of the attitude adjustment mechanism is reasonable and the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.
