摘  要:基于离散元法,针对影响装煤效果的挡煤板关键因素挡煤板半径和挡煤板倾斜角度建立仿真模型,并做出分析对比。仿真结果表明,挡煤板半径对装煤率有较大影响,当挡煤板半径为692 mm时,装煤率可达到73.67%,而挡煤板倾斜角度对装煤率的影响较小。Based on the discrete element method,the simulation model was established for the key factors affecting the coal loading effect,such as the radius and angle of spillplate,and analyzed and compared.The simulation results show that the radius of the spillplate has a great impact on the coal loading rate.When the radius of the spillplate is 692 mm,the coal loading rate can reach 73.67%,while the inclination angle of the spillplate has a small impact on the coal loading rate.
